U.S. State Dept’s YouTube Video on Visa Processing for Same Sex Couples

 Check out this video from the U.S. Department of State.  Worldwide instructions have gone out to all U.S. embassies and consulates on guidelines on visa processing and issuance.   Really, no “new” instructions should be needed; the policy is that visa processing and issuance will be exactly the same for same sex couples as for opposition sex couples.  Go Kerry.
